I am a User Experience designer based in Dublin, Ireland. I have a keen interest in universal and user-centred product, web, graphic and interface design.
I originally trained as an Industrial Designer in Ireland's National College of Art and Design where we learned to consider the broader impact of a design.
Industrial designers look at the problem that needs to be solved and nail the basic functionality of a product, as well considering sensory impact, the potential marketability, the materials used, how it will be manufactured and eventually disposed of.
I try to approach UX design with this same end-to-end product focus.
